These days spare time is a luxury (especially if you are on the threshold of becoming a professional or have already become one :-)). So I personally feel that with such a fast paced lifestyle, we often overlook the little moments of joy we experience in our day-to-day life. Missing those now will make us repent later...Considering that the earlier poem was based on a disinteresting and negative topic like Plagiarism, I wish to offer today a much happier and easy one !
"It all begins with - call it a riddle or a race,
Ounce of opportunity and tons of challenges to face...
The confusion it weaves around makes it a riddle,
A RACE it is because there is no stopping in the middle.
If we succeed, we rejoice and our efforts we hail,
If we lose, we blame our destiny to have been so frail !!
But in this quest of madness so very often,
The sweet laughter of our heart we fail to listen.
The entire spring for that very green wealth,
We toil hard night and day.
Unwilling to accept that with the onset of autumn,
Nothing else except the roots will stay.
Obsessed with wealth and enticed by charm,
We turn away from things - true and warm.
During this entire race, little moments of joy we often miss !!
And forget that these are the very moments that make our life a bliss......
